Todd has worked in the field of child and family services for 35 years, the last 23 years with MCFD.

For the past 3 years, he was the Director of Indigenous Partnerships & Agreements and a senior negotiator for the Province with First Nations and Indigenous communities regarding governance and jurisdiction.
